Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of your membership. Membership benefits, including access to events, resources, and the Performance Points Program, are subject to change at the discretion of New Works Project.

Events
By registering for and attending our events, you agree to abide by the event-specific rules and regulations. New Works Project reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals from events who do not comply with these rules or who engage in behavior deemed inappropriate by event organizers. Event registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise stated, and cancellations or refunds will be handled according to the event’s cancellation policy.

Donations and Sponsorship
Donations and sponsorships made to New Works Project are used to support our mission and operations. We offer different levels of recognition and benefits for our donors and sponsors, as outlined in our Friends of New Works Project program. All donations are non-refundable, and sponsors must adhere to the terms agreed upon in their sponsorship agreements.

Intellectual Property
All content provided by New Works Project, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of New Works Project and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
