when are programs due?
Programs are due within 2 weeks of your performance and should be send to programs@newworksproject.org.
what information does my program need?
Your program should show the date, your name, the work, and location of the performance.
what if there was no program for my performance?
We do need a program to credit your account for the performance. If you are able to create a program that lists what was played and all the information need (listed above) we are able to credit you for the performance.
does a live stream or recording count?
We let each composer decide if they are comfortable counting recordings or live streams towards performances. Please check with your program manager before a livestream to confirm.
can i submit a program from outside the performance period?
No, sorry. We are very explicit about the performance period when you sign up and in fairness to all participants we adhere stricly to our dates.
