Bethany Younge is currently pursuing her DMA in Music Composition at Columbia University in New York. Her works have been featured in the 2016 and 2018 International Summer Course for New Music Darmstadt, Resonant Bodies Festival, Gaudeamus Muziekweek, The 16th International Young Composers Meeting, and many other festivals. She has worked with ensembles including JACK Quartet, ASKO|Schönberg Ensemble, TILT Brass, KLANG, Ereprijs Orkestra, Fonema Consort, AndPlay, Chartreuse, Gyre Ensemble, Ekmeles Vocal Ensemble, Mocrep, and others throughout Europe and the USA.

Instrumentation: solo clarinet (compatible for Bb, A, Eb, or Bass: player preference)

Victoria Cheah is a composer working in different media and genres, exploring hierarchy, ambiguity, and the concert ritual. Her work has been commissioned/presented by Wavefield Ensemble, MATA Festival, Guerilla Opera, Ensemble Dal Niente, Vertixe Sonora, Marilyn Nonken, Trio Okho, Transient Canvas, Trio de Kooning, PRISM Quartet, and performed by others. Cheah holds a B.A. in music from City University of New York Hunter College & Macaulay Honors College, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in composition at Brandeis University.
